Terms of Service

PetSensAI provides AI-assisted pet health monitoring: photo-based health scans, health record keeping (weight, vaccinations, medications, medical records, vet notes), reminders, and related tools. Features vary by subscription plan and may change as we improve the product.

PetSensAI is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical diagnoses. AI health-scan results are informational indicators only and can be incomplete or wrong. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern, and seek immediate veterinary care in an emergency. You are solely responsible for decisions about your pet's care.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use PetSensAI.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure, since sign-in codes are sent there.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes usage quotas (for example, a monthly number of AI scans). Quotas reset each billing period and unused quota does not roll over.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change; we will notify you before any change affects your subscription.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or harmful;
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is abusive, infringing, or malicious;
• Attempt to bypass plan quotas, probe or disrupt our systems, or access other users' data;
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our permission;
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the photos, documents, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — including sending it to AI providers to generate analyses you request. The PetSensAI software, branding, and content are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetSensAI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including harm arising from reliance on AI scan results — and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Questions about these terms? Email [email protected].
