Privacy Policy

• Account information. Your email address, used to sign in via one-time passcode. We do not store passwords.
• Pet profiles and health data. Information you add about your pets — names, species, breed, age, weight entries, vaccinations, medications, medical records, reminders, and notes.
• Photos and documents. Pet photos you upload for health scans, moments, and profile images, and documents you upload such as vet notes.
• Billing information. Subscription plan, billing status, and transaction history. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never touch our servers.
• Usage data. Feature usage such as the number of AI scans performed, used to enforce plan quotas and improve the product.

• To provide the service: storing pet health records, generating AI health-scan analyses, and syncing your data across devices.
• To process AI analyses: photos and related context you submit for a scan are sent to third-party AI model providers solely to generate the analysis. They are not used to train models on our instruction.
• To manage subscriptions, quotas, and billing.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as sign-in codes and important service updates.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run PetSensAI:

• Database and authentication — stores your account and pet health data and delivers sign-in codes.
• File storage and hosting — stores uploaded photos and documents and serves the application.
• AI model providers — process photos and text you submit for analysis.
• Payment processor — handles checkout, card processing, and subscription billing.

Each provider receives only the data required to perform its function and is bound by its own contractual and legal obligations to protect it.

We use browser local storage for essential purposes only: keeping you signed in, remembering your language and theme preferences, and caching app data for faster loading. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so your pet's health history remains available to you. Billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deleting a pet, scan, or document removes it and its associated files from our storage. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at [email protected] and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as data portability or the right to object to processing) under laws like the GDPR or CCPA. We honor these requests regardless of your location.

PetSensAI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
