Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PetSensAI. Here is exactly when a refund is available and how to request one.

When You Can Get a Refund

You may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 7 days of the charge, provided you have not used any AI features during that billing period.

AI Usage Makes a Payment Non-Refundable

AI processing incurs real costs the moment it runs, so refunds are not provided once you have used any AI feature in the billing period. AI features include, for example:

  • AI health scans (dental, eye, ear, skin, body condition, movement);
  • AI health chat;
  • AI-assisted vet note or document imports and analyses.

If you have run even one AI operation after the charge, the payment for that period is non-refundable. You can still cancel to avoid future charges.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Payments in billing periods where AI features were used;
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge;
  • Partial refunds for unused time after cancellation β€” your plan stays active until the end of the paid period instead;
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before renewal, once AI usage has occurred in the new period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your profile's billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep full access to your plan until the current billing period ends. Your pet health data remains available on the free tier afterwards.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from your account email address with the subject "Refund request". Include the date of the charge. We verify eligibility (charge within 7 days, no AI usage in the period) and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
